Sunday, Sept 20 | 9:30-2:30 PM The Farm in WeddingtonMOSAIC 2.0: September 20, 2026
What to Expect
Building on our inaugural summit, the 2.0 experience has been thoughtfully reimagined to embrace the beauty of the outdoors while creating space to slow down, reconnect, and reset just before the busyness of a new school year gets well underway.
The property
Nestled on 330 acres of rolling countryside in Weddington, The Farm invites moms and girls to slow down, explore, and connect in nature. From winding trails and open green spaces to hands-on learning environments, every corner is designed to spark curiosity, conversation, and meaningful experiences.
Featuring:
Ropes course
Greenhouses
Gardens
Production farm
Open spaces for exploration, reflection, and connection
And so much more!
Girls’ venue
The Pavilion
A beautifully renovated rustic space will serve as home base for our girls' workshops, creating a welcoming environment to learn, laugh, and build friendships. Beyond the barn doors, girls will have opportunities to explore the property's outdoor areas, blending hands-on activities, adventure, and meaningful connection throughout the day.
Moms’ venue
The Bissell House
Just a short five-minute drive across the property, The Bissell House offers a warm and inviting retreat designed exclusively for moms. This cozy gathering space provides room to reflect, connect, and learn together, with comfortable indoor accommodations and beautiful outdoor green spaces that encourage connections long after each session ends.
The experiences
The Farm is more than our backdrop, it's part of the experience:
Girls will step outside the traditional workshop setting and engage in hands-on activities like:
Outdoor movement
Low ropes courses
Team-building challenges
Interactive experiences within the property
Set within the beautiful Bissell House and surrounding green space, moms will enjoy:
Cozy, accommodating indoor areas for breakouts and group conversations
Fresh air and open spaces to recharge
Creative experiences designed just for moms
Reflection, renewal, and community with other women
Emily Ciepcielinski, phd
Therapist + Educator
We’re thrilled to introduce Dr. Emily Ciepcielinski as our guest speaker for 2.0! Drawing on more than two decades of experience as a therapist and mental health educator, she will equip moms and girls with practical tools and fresh perspectives through empowering conversations.
In the morning, moms will:
Gain practical tools to care for themselves.
Better understand their nervous systems and how they respond to stress.
Build confidence in supporting their daughters through some of life's most formative years.
In the afternoon, girls will:
Build confidence through empowering, age-appropriate conversations with Emily.
Strengthen resilience and a healthy sense of self-worth.
Develop lifelong skills they'll carry well beyond MOSAIC.
Emily's warm, relatable, and evidence-based approach makes every conversation feel hopeful, practical, and empowering, for moms and girls alike.
Come as you are
MOSAIC 2.0 is designed to feel different. Come comfortable, move freely, and settle into a space created for connection, reflection, and growth. Throughout the day, both moms and girls will experience conversations, hands-on activities, movement, and opportunities to engage with the people and spaces around them. Whether you're sitting in engaging discussion, participating in a workshop, or simply taking a moment to breathe, we hope you'll leave feeling refreshed, encouraged, and more connected to yourself and one another.
Our day
We'll begin the day together at The Pavilion with a warm welcome from Kristy and Kristin and a shared opening experience as one group. Moms and girls will later head to their own dedicated spaces for a day of learning, connection, and exploration.
