What to Expect
Building on the energy and community of our inaugural summit, our second annual experience has been thoughtfully reimagined for a brand-new setting just outside of Uptown Charlotte at Parlor by Beau Monde. Together, we’ll step away from the pace of everyday life to reconnect, deepen relationships, and create space for meaningful conversation, fresh perspective, and renewed energy for the year ahead.
The Venue
Just outside Uptown Charlotte, Parlor by Beau Monde offers the perfect setting for a day designed around both connection and independence. Moms and girls will each have their own dedicated spaces to learn, connect, and engage with their peers, all centered around a beautiful, spacious gathering area where we’ll come together to begin and end the day as one MOSAIC community.

Our day
We'll begin the day together with a warm welcome from Kristy and Kristin and a shared opening experience as one group. Moms and girls will later head to their own dedicated spaces for a day all to themselves to learn, grow and connect with their peers.

This new setting gives us something we’re especially excited about: room for moms and girls to have their own experiences. Each group will have a dedicated space to learn, connect and spend time with their peers, plus a beautiful shared gathering space where we’ll come together to kick off and wrap up the day as one MOSAIC community.
It’s the best of both worlds: time apart to dig into the things that matter to each of us, and time together to reconnect and enjoy the experience side by side.
