AN EMPOWERING summit for girls and the women who raise them.

our mission

MOSAIC is a nonprofit organization empowering girls and their moms to step into their full potential by building resilience, owning their self-worth, and developing a strong, confident voice through mentorship, meaningful connection, access to local experts, and a supportive community.

The mosaic experience

  • We believe growth happens best in spaces that feel safe, relevant, and connected. That’s why MOSAIC is built as a shared experience with individualized impact.

Girls and moms each step into thoughtfully designed tracks that meet them in their current season:

    • Girls (5th-10th grade) are guided by mentors through conversations, experiences, and workshops that build confidence, resilience, identity, and leadership.

    • Moms are supported by local experts and facilitators who offer insight, tools, and connection for navigating motherhood and caring for themselves along the way.

Throughout the day, we create space for both independence and connection. Separate experiences. Shared mission.

Our approach blends mentorship, real conversation, hands-on learning, and community—so that every girl and every mom leaves not only inspired, but equipped and supported long after the day ends.

  • At MOSAIC, everything we do is grounded in these core beliefs:

    Every story matters.
We believe each girl and each mom brings unique experiences, challenges, and strengths that deserve to be seen, valued, and supported.

    Confidence is built, not given.
Through mentorship, conversation, and experience, we help girls and moms develop confidence that is rooted, lasting, and their own.

    Connection changes everything.
We are not meant to do this alone. We intentionally create spaces where real relationships form and community grows.

    Growth happens in safe spaces.
When girls and moms feel supported and understood, they are more willing to take risks, share honestly, and step into who they are becoming.

    We grow together.
Supporting girls and supporting moms are not separate efforts—they are deeply connected. When one grows stronger, so does the other.

  • MOSAIC began as a vision to create something meaningful for girls. As that vision grew, so did the realization that supporting girls also means supporting the women raising them.

What started as an idea has become a community, shaped by mentors, local experts, and partners who believe deeply in this work. Each step has reinforced what we know to be true: this matters.

MOSAIC is more than an event. It’s a growing foundation for connection, confidence, and support within families and communities.

    And we’re just getting started.
