Frequently Asked Questions

  • The MOSAIC experience is designed to evolve with every summit; no two are the same. Topics, speakers, mentors, and experts shift each time, offering fresh perspectives while reinforcing the core skills and messages that matter most. It’s an experience moms and girls can return to again and again, building confidence, deepening connection, and growing with every visit.

  • MOSAIC serves girls ages 11 to 16, or covering 5th through 10th grade (5th graders who haven’t yet turned 11 are still welcome).

This is a pivotal stage where girls are building confidence, shaping their identity, and navigating new social and emotional challenges. MOSAIC is intentionally designed to meet them in these years with content, conversations, and experiences that are relevant, supportive, and engaging for both middle and early high school girls.

  • No. Moms can attend on their own, and girls can attend on their own. Each group has a full, independent summit experience with time dedicated just to them. Moms of boys and moms of younger/older kids are welcome too!

  • Moms and girls spend most of the day in separate summits. If attending together, they unite for a joint session at the end of the day.

  • Yes! The minimum age is 5th grade, so even if she hasn’t turned 11 yet, all 5th graders are welcome.

  • Yes. Girls participate in age-based groups of 7–9, each led by a trained mentor. A short survey after registration helps match girls to their mentor.

  • Our Mentors are incredible young women in or recently out of college.

Each Mentor is paired with 7–9 girls of similar age and stays with that group throughout the day. While girls will meet all Mentors, they’ll form a deeper bond with their own.

  • Because of the preparation of content and purchase of food and materials for the summit, we generally cannot refund your registration. You may have a friend take your place, and under rare circumstances we may provide credit toward a future event. Please contact us immediately to share your circumstances and we will work with you as best we can. We understand schedules are busy, but we are focused on building lasting skills and insights that go beyond a single game or lesson — and we’d love for you to be part of it.
