Meet our Team

Kristy Boyles

CO-FOUNDER, GIRL TRACK LEAD + DESIGNER

For nearly two decades, Kristy has coached and mentored girls both on and off the field, helping them build confidence, trust their voice, and realize their full potential.

Since 2012, she has led the Girls Lacrosse Program at Charlotte Country Day, guiding the team to 11 state championship appearances and 6 titles. She also owned and operated the largest girls lacrosse club in North Carolina for 12 years, supporting hundreds of athletes and their families through every stage of growth.

In 2023, she founded KB Coaching, a mindset and leadership coaching business for girls and young women. Through her work, Kristy is committed to creating a supportive space where girls feel seen, challenged, and empowered to step confidently into who they are.

As a mother of three, including two daughters, her mission is deeply personal: to nurture confidence, build resilience, and remind every girl that her voice matters.

Kristin mountcastle

CO-FOUNDER, MOM TRACK LEAD + DESIGNER

Kristin is the founder of Growing Our Girls, a platform dedicated to helping moms and daughters grow closer, stronger, and more grounded together.

With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she spent a decade in corporate HR consulting and leadership development, helping organizations build resilient cultures and strong teams.

Today, she brings that same focus to her work with mothers, offering spaces where they are supported, challenged, and able to grow, while being equipped with the tools and perspective needed to raise confident, self-aware girls. Through Growing Our Girls, Kristin partners with clinicians, educators, and community leaders to foster connection, confidence, and growth within families.

As a mother of three girls, she knows this work is both deeply personal and ongoing, and is committed to walking alongside other moms as they navigate it.

Brittany Pasut

CO-FOUNDER, CREATIVE MARKETING + PARTNERSHIPS

For over 13 years, Brittany has coached and mentored girls at every stage of development, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self both on and off the field.

Through her roles as a coach, director, trainer, and board member in the lacrosse community, she has guided hundreds of girls from their earliest experiences in the sport through pivotal moments of growth, watching them develop into confident and capable young women.

Brittany has also worked within the Olympic Movement, contributing to preparations for Rio 2016, PyeongChang 2018, and the road to Tokyo. These experiences reinforced her belief that growth, confidence, and tenacity are universal—whether on a global stage or in everyday life.

As a mother to her daughter, Vinnie, her work has become even more personal. She is passionate about helping girls find their voice, develop essential life skills, and grow into confident contributors within their communities.
