MOSAIC empowers girls and their moms to step into their full potential by building resilience, owning their self-worth, and developing a strong, confident voice through mentorship, meaningful connection, access to local experts, and a supportive community.

Our approach

We believe growth happens best in spaces that feel safe, relevant, and connected. That’s why MOSAIC is built as a shared experience with individualized impact.

Girls and moms each step into thoughtfully designed tracks that meet them in their current season:

  • Girls are guided by mentors through conversations and experiences that build confidence, resilience, identity, and leadership.

  • Moms are supported by local experts and facilitators who offer insight, tools, and connection for navigating motherhood and caring for themselves along the way.

Throughout the day, we create space for both independence and connection. Separate experiences. Shared mission.

Our approach blends mentorship, real conversation, hands-on learning, and community—so that every girl and every mom leaves not only inspired, but equipped and supported long after the day ends.

our story

What began as a vision to create something meaningful for girls grew through friendship, shared experiences, and a deep desire to support the next generation. As that vision evolved, it became clear we didn’t just want to create something for girls, we wanted to create something for moms, too.

Because raising girls doesn’t happen in isolation. We are growing and navigating it alongside them.

MOSAIC became a space intentionally designed for both: where girls are mentored, encouraged, and empowered, and moms are supported, equipped, and reminded they are not alone.

Along the way, a community of mentors, speakers, facilitators, and partners has stepped in… people who believe deeply in investing in both girls and the women raising them.

There have been moments that stretched us and decisions that weren’t easy. But each step has only reinforced what we know to be true:
